Editing Records from Reports don't link to base Form (since about 30 Minutes)

I've been working on a Creator application for the past couple of days and all of a sudden things don't work as they used to (since about 30 Minutes).

Previously, when I clicked on the Edit button in the left-most column of a Report, the original base Form would appear with all the fields and all the validation logic, etc. Now what I'm getting is a dialog box with just the fields from the report.

I have rexported the application and diff'ed it to an older copy, but I can't find any difference that would appear to be relevant.

Anybody have a suggestion? Am I missing something or is there something wrong with Zoho Creator?
