Got a work authorisation application in which a work package may include one or more specific jobs. So the work item record has a multi-select lookup field. Great you can easily choose and assign specific jobs to a work package.

Problem is my users constantly moan they they want to work with a single form (mainly using mobile version creator) ie be able to edit the job records directly from the work package and NOT have to constantly flit between different reports and edit forms.

I played with sub-forms, but these are not great to be honest, too cramped and while you can add/delete/edit you cant include an already created row, ie the sub-form knows exactly which records *it* created and displays only those.

I'm probably pushing beyond the limits of creator but wondering if anyone has tried and succeeded to do similar?
