We are avid fans of ZOHO. The base CRM functions are excellent. The integration with BOOKS is now fantastic.
That said:
The Mail Client in ZohoCRM is substandard. The interface is horrible. The "mail magnet" doesnt really work. You really need to press the refresh button on the browser a few times. You have a mail client already that is much better...why isn't it integrated into CRM? Why are there multiple calendars in the system? Why Why Why
The Event System is Broken. Clients receive our notices and the attachments crash outlook. There are numerous improvements that could be made to the system.
Are these being worked on? Are there any plans for improvement? Roadmap? Something we can hang our hat on before moving.
I'd like to hear from a Zoho Representative.
