Email Data and field deluge name
I am trying to add a record by sending an email to the forms's email address. I am using a specific format to populate the fields. However, not all fields are populating. I have a field in the email called CallNo#. When i enter that into the field deluge Name field the system automatically replace the # with an underscore. I assume that i cannot use a # because on its use in URLs. Can somehow fields be mapped? I cannot change in the email field because they generated by a Commercial Computer Aided Dispatch program. I am also assuming the field deluge name and the email field name must match. What do i do?
