Email delivery status not working

Dear CRM Team, 

This week, the email delivery status didn't work for emails sent from Zoho CRM, using POP3. I have tried several POP emails (gmail, hotmail, gmail work email) and different receiving emails, but none of them worked. Even though these emails have been clicked and opened, the email delivery status in CRM always showed "sent" or "received", which was supposed to be "opened".

Please kindly look into this issue and advice how to solve it.
