I am trying to find a way to configure my project's forum posts, when sent from a user's email.

I want email-generated forum posts to forward to the other users, the same way that portal-generated forum posts do.

 

When a person writes a forum post using the email alias:  "portal_alias" @ forums.zohoprojects.com

the post does arrive on the forum on the forum tab of the project interface, BUT no one knows it, because most

people are not logging into the forum, and just using emails.

 

How can I set it so the forum posts, sent by user's in their email create a forum post AND ALSO send that post to the group user's emails?

 

The way the forum works right now, it has the possibility to be used as a project "list-serve", but because the email generated posts don't forward the email to the other users, it is incomplete.
