I would like to know if there is a way to "exclude" some links in an email template to be replaced automatically by the "Email intelligence" function of zoho (CRM and other modules).

As of today, if we want to avoid zoho to replace a link/url in an email by a zoho url (that allow to track the recipient action), we must disable the whole function of "Email intelligence" in zoho settings globally.

That's not a good solution because it can work only for a limited "email shooting campaing" but not when we use email templates automatically without capability to limit the time during when the emails are sent (that is the case for exemple when you launch emails automatically after a customer action...)

I wonder if there is a kind a "magic" way, when we compose an email template to say to zoho "do not replace the following url", like for example, putting the link under "", or in a specifc way... 

Any trick ?
