Email Notications - Are they Stored?

Email Notications - Are they Stored?

Hi,

Can emails sent from Creator be stored or attached to the record it went from?

We need to see the email after it has gone?

Or can they be attached to a contact in ZCRM?

Or if thats not possible....is it possible to send an email from ZCRM...or would i just set up a workflow in CRM when a field got updated......?
