Email notification for sub forms and sub records

Email notification for sub forms and sub records

I have a form with some subforms. I would like to send an email notification that includes the submitted data. The email notification is sent with the fields and values of all types of fields in the form , but it only sends the ID of the subform and not any fields or raw.

: 1714287000000191043, 1714287000000191047
WC-352 is a subform and I would like its rows of fields be included in the email as it appears on the record  report.
the two ID above are related to the following field and values

J000032781 - 44LP746T-5.0000----------2.00
J000032750 - 44LP337E-3.2500----------4.00
