Being new to the CRM world, I wanted to see how the email function works.  I created a new lead, added my own information in, and sent a test email inside Zoho CRM.  The email was received perfectly, so I replied to the email.  My issue is, I never received in the CRM.  How can I receive the replies inside the CRM?
