I'm currently implementing a marketing drip, triggered by deal stages and other conditions.

There is something that prevents me from using it. Any template, even basic, comes with a frame. The recipient directly understands that this is an automated message, BUT we want to make it looks like if it was sent by a sales rep. 

Is there any way to remove the frame?
