We are having repeated problems when we send email out of Zoho CRM to a customer's Gmail address. We are hearing constantly that people didn't get our email and/or it went to their spam. Our customers include a lot of older folks who might not know to check their spam (or even how to do it) so our customer service team is taking up time on the phone trying to help them find our messages.
Is there anything I can do to improve our deliverability with Gmail??
