Cannot receive any emails sent from atco.com

Domain is in the spam whitelist so should be no reason for it not to be coming through.

Have filed a ticket and besides a generic response of we are looking at it - it seems there is no actual support workers that actually follow up tickets? 36 hours and no useful response.
