In mail settings, there is a route setup to hotmail.com. The routing portion works as expected and the emails are received in my hotmail account. However, they are always sent directly to junk mail regardless of where they come from. If yahoo or gmail address used to send the email is marked as not junk, then the emails will go to the inbox. 

This problem does not exist when routing to gmail.

Is there something specific to have hotmail/outlook.com treat routed emails as not junk?
