Embedding a Google Map into a Form

I'm creating a property database application and I'm trying to give the users the ability to find the location of the property on a google map. Is it possible to embed a google map on a form so that when users input a new property they can locate the address on a google map, which will then be displayed in the report so that when I run the report I can easily find where the property is located?
