When we use an iframe for the embed, we get scrollbars and a frame border. Neither of those is acceptable.
I've spoken with the Desk Support team about what we want and they tell me that it cannot be done.
Having said that, I can't help but believe that out of all of the Desk accounts, there has to be someone who has figured this out and will share their knowledge.
