In Zoho People, when I fill in the employee’s information, there is the option to determine the type of employment (employee type) and the hiring source. Both options ALWAYS appear in English. It is extremely inconvenient to deal with poorly translated versions that, in general, do not reflect the reality of our processes in Portuguese (our working language).
In some processes, there is the option to add custom fields, but I simply do not want to deal with form options that visually clutter the filling process. “On contract” does not make sense in my employee report, nor does having to keep “direct” in the same form.
It is necessary for the Zoho team to review its translations, ensuring they are revised by professional translators who can properly adapt the terms to what is actually being conveyed.
How, copuld I solve this inconvenient?
