Enhance Task Lists

It would be very helpful if there was a field to store a brief description of a task to add clarity to different tasks that a user would like to record time for. Also, in the Task List drop down there is a "General" task list under Internal and one under "External", is there some way of adding new task lists under the General or External groups. For example, I would like to have a task list for internal administrative tasks and another for training tasks, etc.
