enhancement requests

While creating a new milestone, I noticed two irritants:
1. when I set start date of a milestone, it will be nice to change the default end date to the same date as start date. Most of the time, milestone will be 1 day only, hence this saves effort to set end date.
2. When I tried to set end date by copying and pasting the start date, it doesn't work, I am supposed to use the calendar which becomes more effort esp when milestone is 3-4 months ahead (4 clicks).
