error occurred while creating the report

I am trying to create a report but get 'error occurred while creating the report'. 

The application has 14 forms & 25 views.Currently there are no reports. I am using the  'Business Free Edition'.  I tried creating a report from different views with the same result. 

Any idea what is causing this error?
