We have an error occurring that is to do with drop down selections in forms. 48 hours ago we believe someone in zoho changed some generic settings on the forms. When "Allow Other Options" is now selected for a drop-down the form fails and does not allow the data to be written back to the database. We know it is to do with the the "Allow Other Options" as without this ticked the drop-downs work. It is occurring across all of our applications so we believe it is system wide and is not something we have done. All of our applications have been working with no issues for 6 months and we have made no changes. 

Can anyone else recreate the error and can Zoho respond to support requests please. We raised one over 48 hours ago and have had no response at all.
