The way our business is structured we sell multiple lines of products to single customers (an engaged customer in our business is on 15-25 distinct "programs"). Because of this we generally have one potential per product line or program.
Often we are juggling multiple potentials at the same time but we go to the customer for one meeting to discuss and follow up on a few.
I've asked and there isn't a way to tie a single event or meeting to multiple potentials (eg. we go in to discuss office supplies but while in that meeting we have notes for their coffee, gasoline, electricity, & merchant services potentials) so I'm wondering if anyone else is facing this problem and has found a work around
