Export report data to a local file / Print report data to the local default printer

My client has two requirements;
1  - to be able to export data from a report to a local *.CSV file - mission critical*.
2  - to be able to print a report to a local printer in formats other then PDF.

*When I say mission critical I do mean that if this is not available then Zoho Creator may not be the correct platform for this client.
