Export tasks & milestones

Hi,

I think you would really impress your customers by having a way to export a task list WITH NOTES for a specified time period. This would greatly facilitate weekly meetings.

For example, suppose I want to have a meeting and review with my team members progress over the last particular time period. I then enter the time period in, and Zoho projects creates a report showing all tasks and any notes (as well as their authors, dates, etc) that have been written under each task for that time period.

If during the past reporting period my team members made progress on a particular task (or have comments, etc) they simply enter this as notes for the relevant task. This would then give me an outline for discussion during the meeting, and documents what has been done over the time period in question.

Again, I think your customers would be well served by such a solution.
