Forgive me if this has already been answers, but this is what i need done, and have been trying to figure out for weeks now... I know its sad, but some PLEASE HELP!
I took some of the various paper forms that our company's HR department uses for accident and injury reporting and recreated them digital. I embedded the forms on a local site, as well as the form views. I am trying to figure out a way to be able to have the various employees in the HR department login to the system, Once logged in the user would be presented with a list of submitted forms, at that point the user could select one of the a single form submittal which would bring them to an HTML view with would display the data in a nicely formatted way, and finally I need them to have the ability to export individual form submittal as a PDF, rather then the entire list of form submittal.

When answering please give as much detail you possibly can, I have been pointed to all these other posts which have not been to helpful. Explain it to me as if you were explaining it to a new born. I need all the help i can get...
