Federated Login option showing even if set to "No" in Application Settings

As the subject line says, my application is still showing a Federated Login option even after I've turned it off in Application Settings. See the following:

1. I've set "Show Federated Logins" to "No" for my application

2. But, attempting to log into an embedded view of that application still shows the Federated login options.

I do not want the Federated Login options to show. Is there something I'm missing?
