Fetching bank transactions SFTP or WS?

Hi!

I need to read my bank transactions to use in some deluge scripts in Zoho Invoice. We use the product for invoicing and everything works ok (but it is manual for now).

The bank offers access via
  1. SFTP (restriced to 1 specific IP we define)
  2. WS Basic & WSS (SOAP) / X.509 certs / SHA256
Which of those would be OK to use from zoho? How? Do we need an extra server? can it be just part of the "connections" in deluge?
