field-level access for editing in my custom creator's view?

for managers who works next on entries in custom views how make next functionality

1) i take for work view with fileds 1, 2, 3, 4
2) fields (when they open entry) 1 and 2 they can only view without ability of edit
3) fields 3, 4 they can and view and edit

examlpe when they open entry for edit
first 2 fields they see but can't change, next 2 fields they can change.
