I have a simple Region - Country lookup working in forms, whereby the selected Geographic region filters down the list of Countries.
This works fine in forms, but not in reports.
If a report is displayed in List View, everything is fine.
However, in Spreadsheet or Grid view, the Country field is blank. The dynamic lookup also does not work there. The list of Countries is empty.
