So Zoho creator does a poor job with file uploads in general. That much is clear. But I have seen the community come up with pretty innovative solutions for all sorts of roadblocks that Zoho cannot or chooses not to handle. So this is an open question to everyone. I have hit a wall and really need your help.

    

What workarounds (third party scripts, third party online solutions, zoho api integration, anything) have you used or seen or think might work to do the following:

When a customer uploads a file ... check that:

  1. it meets a MINIMUM size

  2. it is of a certain file type. 

  

If it meets the criteria upload into the zoho creator ap. If it is not give an error message and allow customer to select new file.
