Files, Links, and Folders
1. The heading needs to be Files, not Folders, since folders should apply to both Files and Links.
2. The Links feature needs to be identical to Files, that is, Links need to have folders so that users can organize Links into folders.
3. Folders need to be able to have sub-folders.
4. Both Files and Links need to have the ability to be rearranged into a new order, the same as Tasks and Milestones can be rearranged.
