I have a few question regarding the follow feature in projects.

1. Is it possible for me to add my staff as followers of tasks in a project template? I know this can be done in the normal projects on individual tasks but i cant see a way to do this in a project template? 

2. Can I add my heads of department to follow an entire project and not just individual tasks within a project? 

3. Can i select several tasks at the same time to add a follower to or does this have to be done on each individual task?

We need our heads of department to be able to receive updates and notifications on every task of their project for example- every time a task is commented on , closed out or any update occurs by a staff member. If the follow feature doesn't allow for this, how can i arrange this as project manager for my heads of department so they have a constant over view of their teams work?
