For a brand-new Zoho user, how would you recommend setting up a project to.....
Hi. I am setting up a Gantt chart to manage a series of sub-projects & tasks to develop & maintain an old-fashioned windmill for a charity Trust.
The labour is by retired voluntary workers (and won't fill in timesheets etc). The labour works just 2 or 3 days per week. Other tasks will be completed by outside contractors rather than by our own volunteers.
To help me avoid getting in a mess by doing things which either won't work for this profile of project or which would add complications that I won't need (and maybe not discover until later), how would you set up the Gantt/Project? - I am a new user of Zoho so please keep it all v simple!
