I was working on the old version of Zoho CRM.

I had pop up window to use NEW zoho CRM 2016

i continued working on the old version.

i logged a call (being already in one LEAD page).

i saved it. and it doesn't appear anymore in the Closed activities.

if i make a search i'll see my call in a window called CALLS, but this call is not linked anymore to the LEAD.

This morning i've been logging calls and it worked fine, i.e., they appear in CLOSED ACTIVITIES

As a test i created a task, (as completed) saved it, it appeared in CLOSED ACTIVTIES,

i tried the new version ZOHO CRM 2016, same problem with the Log Call.

If we can link a Call anymore to a LEAD, what the point of a CRM system?
