We want to remind or force our users to react to do specific tasks (for example approve a new project/task) based on the multi-user/user picklist fields. Could you add an option to these type of fields for them to be used as an automatic task triggering tool?

I've used a multi-user field on a project layout where I want the designated users to interact with the interface and for example check a box (for example an Approval/Acceptance field) to show their reaction.

Would it also be possible to add an ability to these types of fields for them to include another field for the designated users to utilize? For example automatically display a checkbox/picklist to the designated user and force them to enter their feedback.
