Form Schedule can the record be accessed

Hi

I have a form schedule which looks at a record dates in my form and sends me an email 7 days before that date (this works)

Now when this record is matched i want to also include some additional fields in the email and also do some updates to the record

Question, is there a way to access the record which triggers the form schedule ?
i..e does it exist in a collection variable somewhere ?
