Form Schedule Did Not Run

I have a form schedule setup to send an email on a specific date (later than today).

Send Queued Posts
{
Execute on POST_QUEUE_FORM.DELIVERY at 01:00:00  
}

POST_QUEUE_FORM contains a date-field DELIVERY. However, the schedule did not run recently as anticipated. I do have the frequency set to ONCE, since I only want one email sent.

Am I doing something wrong?
