Form vs Tables in Zoho

Form vs Tables in Zoho

This part of Zoho is confusing me-
In Zoho are forms the exact same thing as tables?
Is there a way to view and edit the tables directly? e.g create new columns, without using a form?
Can zoho use different forms to edit the same table? For example I want to use the inputs of two different forms to be related and be in one table.
