Formula in a chart

is this possible? i have a chart (please see attached pic)! and i would like the user to pick ALMOST CERTAIN from a likelihood dropdown box that i have created & then pick MODERATE from a Consequence dropdown box i have created. and it totaling to the reliant amount ? you will see from the chart that if i choose likely and choose minor it will come to a 3. i hope this makes sence. Help would be very much appreciated as im very new to Zoho
