When I'm adding a forum there is a "right side panel" that lists "Forum Categories".   I have tons of categories for projects that have been trashed and Archived.  I am absolutely certain that none of those projects ever had forums.

When I delete a category (by clicking on the trash can beside it) the Category goes away but the next time I create another Forum, all the same categories are still there.

Please help.
