its quite good how task can be internal and external - so client can see selected tasks or group. However that is not the case for FORUM. It would be good have FORUM to have  "internal and external" option - so client can see on the external FORUM only. Internal forum stays with the team alone. 

In addition it would be good to have merge option in FORUM as there many case team member responds via email and it opens up another forum post.

The above would be really good if implement. It would be collaboration management lot easier.
