FTP for projects

Hi I use Zoho projects and upload a lot of files. My files are growing and soon I will buy more space on Zoho projects. I would appreciate if I got a FTP connection. So that I can upload mass # of files and also I can download files easily. If not FTP an online utility that allows batch downloads / uploads would be very much helpful..
