     The deluge inbuilt function "hoursBetween()" takes two dates as parameters and return the number of hours between those two dates. But it fails in following scenario.  

     Let us assume the start date is 08-Mar-2020 00:00:00 and end date is 10-Mar-2020 00:00:00.  It should returns 47 hours instead of 48 hours.  This problem happens, only if the start date is less than 10 and end date is greater than or equal to 10 and if both dates are set for 12 am. This is very confusing. Please take action on it as soon as possibly.
