Gantt Charts

Our team really likes the gantt chart reports feature. However it would be a lot more useful if it had some more features.
1. It is essential to be able to map the full timeline of a project even if it crosses across years. At the moment we can map to the end of 2010 but have to look at each month of 2011 separately.
2. It would be extremely useful to be able to separate threads on the gantt chart by project/task list/accountabilities
3. If the above can't be delivered it would be great to have a simple export feature so that we can do these visualisations ourselves in excel....

Can you let us know if these kind of features are in the roadmap? When will they be delivered if so?
