Gantt View Reporting Enhancements

I would like to see the following enhancements to the Gantt Reports:
      Ability to filter report via user selected date range.
      Ability to view both Milestones and tasks on the Gantt Report
      Ability to filter report by Milestone
      Ability to view both Open and Closed Milestones and Tasks on one report (this is essential to show the progress of the       entire project)
      Ability to export Gantt Report to Excel

Outside of the Gantt view report, it would be very helpful if I could run "Task Reports" at the "My Home" screen to show each user's total workload across all projects. This would help me determine if I need to redistribute the workload amongst users. Also, it will help show me who is utilizing the system.
