Gantt view - sorting

Is there a way to sort the gantt view.
In the task view I can sort the tasks. Well I can have only one hierarchy level but that I can work.
But than you can resort the task list.

The gantt view is totally unsorted. The task comes in like I created them and not like the task they are grouped together.
If you have dependency from one task to the next than they often are likened over a lot of lines and all the nice over view is totally lost.
For me the Gantt view I can't use at all.
I don't know but this is might be only the test version but I could not find any description or screeshots how it looks in the paid version.
Is there a solution for that?
