Hi Zoho Team,
There has been a major emergency. I am unable to see the application "Lead Tracker" that I had developed and shared to other users. It looks like it has been completely washed out. I have so much business critical data that I cannot afford to lose it.
Following is what I have done:
b. Then I installed Zoho Creator Application through Google Apps as I wanted to use the new Google Apps User ID field in my forms. But as a pre-requisite the instructions on zoho creator website pointed out that the field will only be available to the admin user in Google Apps with admin rights to the application. As in my case
sagarg@black-and-white.in is a regular user in Google Apps I tried changing the rights of "Lead Tracker" admin role to a user role. But could not do it.An alternative approach that I though of was I gave
sagarg@black-and-white.in developer role from admin google Apps-Zoho creator screen. As a result of this new profile has taken over
sagarg@black-and-white.in and all applications are no longer available.
I foresee that the problem has arisen because of mismatch of roles
b. As per Google Apps
sagarg@black-and-white.in was give developer role in Manager Users through Zoho Creator-In google Apps. As a result of this new profile has taken washing the link to previous applications.
But the Good news is
Luckily I had another log-in session in one of my other systems and I am still able to use the application with all the data. This is a testimony to the fact that my application still exists on your system it is just the signing in pointer which has changed because of Google Apps Integration. Kindly please resolve this at the earliest.
If possible please create the following configuration.
2. Also ensure that all my data is intact with the above migration.
I am looking to migrate to the next plan as I have to add on more users. I was looking to integrate with Google Apps for the same and have landed into this problem.
