I have created a report that our managers must fill in when they respond to incidents (crime and investigations)

I want to have a Google Earth map embedded, i.e if there is coordinates that they supply, for it to be pinned onto a map. 

Then at the end of the month I want to be able to see all the incidents that occurred in that area and if you click on each pin, it should bring up the record for that incident (the report)

Is this a possibility with creator?

How can I do this, or is there someone who will be able to help me with it?
