Hi,  I uploaded an image file into the database.. Am able to 'View' it.. But I need to call it (Display the image) dynamically into another form based on user input.. For ex employee photo is uploaded into the employee table (Using Employee master form).. How to get this image displayed on a different form (Say.. Employee_Sports_team form ?) based on user input like Employee number ?
