hello. my name is ben and my research group is aiming to deveop a website that will manage records that will be submitted by multiple users. and im wondering if i can use zoho to store the records in the database at the same time manipulate it on offline mode.

there is also a prcoess wherein the the input that will be sent by the users will be stored on a temporary storage and will be filtered by the administrator of the application. can zoho do that?
